NANETS Early Career Development Awards

The North American Neuroendocrine Tumor Society (NANETS) will be awarding two Early Career Development Awards for the coming year. Grants will be awarded for a one-year term, in the amount of $50,000.

Applicants for this award must have a mentor and should be either completing their training or in the first five years of a faculty appointment. Projects with the potential to directly impact and improve the treatment of patients with neuroendocrine tumors are encouraged.  Specific areas of interest include neuroendocrine tumor epidemiology, evaluation of novel treatment strategies, and translational research projects with clear clinical implications.

Please submit applications to the North American Neuroendocrine Tumor Society  by  August 8, 2011. Decisions on funding will be made by September 16, 2011.
